What You'll Do:
- Patient Care: Provide high-quality care to patients, assisting with daily activities to ensure comfort and well-being. Depending on the facility, this may include checking vitals, administering medication and treatments, and overseeing floor CNAs.
- Collaborate for Care: Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and other healthcare staff to deliver comprehensive support and care and strategize nurse care plans
- Document Diligently: Keep precise records of patient information, health changes, activities, and care provided
- Adhere to Protocols: Follow all facility guidelines and procedures to maintain patient safety and well-being
- Communicate with Compassion: May be asked to assist in preoperative and postoperative health teaching for patients and families
- Maintain safety standards: Keep infection control procedures in place
Skills & Requirements:
- Valid LPN/LVN license required
- 1-2 years of experience in an LPN/LVN role
- Experience working in assisted living or long-term care required
- CPR is required
- Willingness to any shift, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills dedicated to patient care
- Must have a professional nurse entrepreneur mindset
