What You'll Do:
- Patient Care: Provide exceptional care to patients, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring comfort and well-being.
- Collaborate for Care: Work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and support.
- Adhere to Protocols: Follow facility guidelines and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of patients.
- Document Diligently: Accurately record patient information, activities, and care provided, maintaining meticulous records.
- Assist with Health Management: Monitor patient health, report changes, and assist with routine care to maintain optimal health.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure a clean, safe environment and uphold all health and safety guidelines.
Skills & Requirements:
- Valid CNA certification required
- 1-2 years of experience in a CNA role preferred
- Experience working in assisted living or long-term care required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR is required
- Willingness to any shift, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills dedicated to patient care
- Must have a professional nurse entrepreneur mindset
